We assess your homesite for buildability, grading, setbacks, HOA restrictions, and architectural potential. If you haven't purchased yet, we help you evaluate lots before you buy.

Custom Design & Architecture

Working with your architect — or through our design partnership with Emerald & Oak Design (opens in a new tab) — we create a home specifically designed for your lot's topography, orientation, and views.

Construction & Personal Oversight

Nicholas Peters remains personally involved throughout construction. Our boutique model means your home receives the same attention as every estate we build — because we limit production to 8–10 homes per year.
