What kinds of homes are shown in your portfolio?

The portfolio presents completed custom residences and estate renovations across modern, European, traditional, transitional, and organic architectural directions, primarily in Charlotte, Marvin, Weddington, Waxhaw, and Lake Norman.

Why are some Peters Custom Homes projects not shown publicly?

Client privacy comes first. Many residences are never published because the homeowners requested confidentiality. Additional work can be reviewed privately during a consultation.

Can I tour a completed or in-progress residence?

Occasionally, and always with the homeowner's permission. Model residences and available homes can generally be toured by appointment.

What size range do your custom homes cover?

Most residences fall between 4,000 and 20,000+ square feet, with estate compounds adding guest houses, pool pavilions, and motor courts on larger homesites.
