Landscape & Drainage Contractor Introductions in Charlotte
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. (PCH) understands that the exterior of your Charlotte home is as significant as its interior. Proper drainage, a well-maintained landscape, and functional outdoor structures contribute not only to aesthetic appeal but also to the preservation and value of your property. Navigating these projects often requires specialized expertise.
Our Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is designed to assist you in locating independent contractors for various landscape and drainage needs. We review your request for an introduction and can connect you with professionals who may be suitable for your specific project. Homeowners directly engage with and compensate their chosen contractor.
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides contractor introductions through this program. You select, contract with, and pay the independent contractor directly. PCH does not perform, supervise, manage, inspect, or warrant that contractor's work under this program. Contractor acceptance, pricing, scheduling, and availability vary.
Homeowners pay Peters Custom Homes, Inc. nothing for an introduction. For referral-based projects, you pay the independent contractor directly for its work.

Considering Your Outdoor Project
Exterior projects, whether focused on drainage or aesthetics, often require thoughtful planning. Understanding the scope of work, potential material choices, and the specific skills needed for successful execution can help you articulate your project requirements. A qualified contractor can assist in evaluating the existing conditions of your property and discussing potential solutions.
For any outdoor construction, alteration, or significant landscaping work, homeowners should confirm any necessary permits, local regulations, or homeowners' association guidelines with the relevant authorities prior to beginning a project. Ensuring compliance from the outset can help projects proceed smoothly.
Connecting with Qualified Professionals
PCH maintains an awareness of independent contractors in the Charlotte area specializing in various outdoor services. We review the details you provide regarding your landscape or drainage needs. Should your request align with a contractor we are aware of, we can facilitate an introduction.
Once an introduction is made, you will directly engage with the independent contractor. This includes discussing project specifications, reviewing proposals, and establishing terms for their services. Your chosen contractor will be responsible for the execution of the work, and you will compensate them directly.
How the introduction works
Every request goes to Nicholas Peters, who reviews it and shares it with the appropriate member of our staff. For this program, please reach us only through the request form or by email at npeters@peterscustomhomes.com. If a suitable independent company may be available, we help make the initial connection. From there you and the contractor arrange the site visit, proposal, contract, schedule and payment directly. How contractor introductions work.

About this introduction program
The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.
PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.
A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
