Traditional Manor — Traditional Luxury Floor Plan

Traditional Manor — Traditional Luxury Floor Plan

Traditional · 6 bedrooms · 6.5 baths · 9,200 sq ft · 2 stories + carriage suite

A Georgian-inspired estate for Myers Park, Eastover, and Foxcroft: symmetrical brick, dentil cornices, formal dining, wood-paneled study, and a family wing that carries the plan comfortably into a contemporary household.

The Traditional Manor is our formal address plan — the one most often specified for lots inside 277 where architectural continuity with the neighborhood matters. The façade is disciplined Georgian: symmetrical five-bay elevation, dentil cornice, slate roof, and a limestone-surround entry with a paneled mahogany door.

Behind the formality, the plan is arranged as three connected wings: an entertaining wing (paneled study, formal living, dining hall, butler's pantry, wine room), a family wing (great room, kitchen, breakfast room, mudroom, back stair), and a service wing (three-car garage, carriage suite, laundry, home operations office).

Upstairs are six bedroom suites, a library loft, and a private primary retreat with a fireplace sitting room. The plan is engineered for staff or long-term guests to move without crossing the family's daily paths — a detail most $5M+ Charlotte estates now assume from the start.

Program: Five-bay symmetrical brick Georgian façade; Wood-paneled study and formal living/dining; Butler's pantry, wine room, catering entry; Family great room, kitchen, breakfast, mudroom; Primary retreat with sitting room and dual dressing; Five secondary bedroom suites + library loft; Carriage suite over 3-car garage; Formal rear garden with axial terrace.

Best for: Buyers building inside the historic Charlotte core who want a formal Georgian address that also functions as a full family estate.
