Peters Custom Homes was founded in 2016 and works out of an office at 4401 Barclay Downs Drive in SouthPark. We take on eight to ten private residences a year. That number is deliberate — it is what allows Nicholas Peters to stay on each project himself, from the first conversation about how a family actually lives to the final walkthrough.

Most of our work sits in Myers Park, Eastover, SouthPark, Marvin, Weddington, and around Lake Norman. Some families come to us with a homesite already under contract; others ask us to help find and evaluate one.
