Siding & Masonry Contractor Introductions in Charlotte

Peters Custom Homes understands the importance of maintaining your home's exterior integrity and aesthetic. Well-maintained siding and masonry protect your property, enhance its curb appeal, and contribute to its value. When exterior elements show signs of wear or damage, finding qualified, independent professionals for repairs or replacements is crucial.

Our program can introduce Charlotte homeowners to independent contractors specializing in a range of exterior siding and masonry services. These professionals can evaluate your specific needs and propose solutions to restore your home's facade. Through this introduction program, you can identify a suitable independent contractor for your project.

Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides contractor introductions through this program. You select, contract with, and pay the independent contractor directly. PCH does not perform, supervise, manage, inspect, or warrant that contractor's work under this program. Contractor acceptance, pricing, scheduling, and availability vary.

Homeowners pay Peters Custom Homes, Inc. nothing for an introduction. For referral-based projects, you pay the independent contractor directly for its work.

Maintaining Your Home's Exterior

The exterior elements of your Charlotte home—siding, brick, stone, and wood trim—serve as its primary defense against the elements. Regular maintenance and timely repairs are essential to preserve this protection and uphold your property's value. From minor siding adjustments to comprehensive masonry restoration, addressing these concerns promptly can help prevent more extensive and costly issues.

Peters Custom Homes can facilitate introductions to independent contractors who are experienced in various exterior renovation and repair projects. These professionals can offer insights into the condition of your home's facade and discuss potential solutions tailored to your specific needs.

Navigating Your Exterior Project

When considering exterior repairs or replacements, homeowners often benefit from professional guidance. An independent contractor introduced through our program can evaluate the scope of work required, discuss material options, and help you understand the process. They can provide an assessment to guide your decision-making.

Homeowners are responsible for engaging with the independent contractor directly for all project-related matters, including contracts, scheduling, payments, and ensuring compliance with local building codes, permits, and any relevant HOA or historic district guidelines. Peters Custom Homes focuses solely on the introduction.

How the introduction works

Every request goes to Nicholas Peters, who reviews it and shares it with the appropriate member of our staff. For this program, please reach us only through the request form or by email at npeters@peterscustomhomes.com. If a suitable independent company may be available, we help make the initial connection. From there you and the contractor arrange the site visit, proposal, contract, schedule and payment directly. How contractor introductions work.

About this introduction program

The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.

PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.

A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
