Plumbing Contractor Introductions in Charlotte
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. (PCH) understands the importance of reliable plumbing systems in any home. When you require assistance with plumbing repairs, upgrades, or new installations, navigating the choices for qualified contractors can be time-consuming. Our Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is designed to help Charlotte homeowners connect with independent plumbing professionals.
Through this program, PCH can review your specific plumbing needs and, if appropriate, provide an introduction to a contractor who may be able to assist. This allows you to engage directly with a professional for a personalized assessment and to discuss your project requirements. The homeowner is solely responsible for engaging, contracting with, and compensating any independent contractor.
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides contractor introductions through this program. You select, contract with, and pay the independent contractor directly. PCH does not perform, supervise, manage, inspect, or warrant that contractor's work under this program. Contractor acceptance, pricing, scheduling, and availability vary.
Homeowners pay Peters Custom Homes, Inc. nothing for an introduction. For referral-based projects, you pay the independent contractor directly for its work.

Understanding Your Plumbing Needs
From minor repairs to significant upgrades, plumbing projects vary widely in scope and complexity. When considering a plumbing project, it is often helpful to have a clear understanding of your current system's issues or your desired improvements. A qualified contractor can provide an in-person evaluation to assess the specific requirements of your home and discuss potential solutions.
For projects involving water heaters, whole-home filtration, or extensive re-piping, it may be prudent to consider the implications for space, energy consumption, and potential municipal requirements. The independent contractor you choose will be able to offer insights specific to your project.
Navigating Your Plumbing Project
Once PCH provides an introduction to an independent plumbing contractor, you will work directly with them to define the project scope, discuss materials, and arrange scheduling. It is advisable to discuss details such as product specifications, necessary permits, and the expected timeline directly with the contractor you engage.
For any significant plumbing work, it is always recommended that homeowners confirm local licensing requirements, secure any necessary permits from the relevant authorities, and understand any applicable HOA guidelines. Your chosen contractor can provide guidance on these aspects during your discussions.

About this introduction program
The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.
PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.
A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
