Outdoor Living Contractor Introductions in Charlotte
Peters Custom Homes understands that discerning homeowners in Charlotte value elegant and functional outdoor living spaces. From refreshing an existing deck to enhancing a covered porch or considering a new pergola, these projects contribute significantly to your home's appeal and utility. We offer a program to assist you by introducing you to independent contractors who specialize in various outdoor living improvements.
Our role is to facilitate an introduction to a contractor who may be suitable for your project. You will work directly with the chosen contractor to define the scope of work, negotiate terms, and manage the project. This approach allows you to maintain full control over the process, ensuring your outdoor living space reflects your vision and meets your specific requirements.
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides contractor introductions through this program. You select, contract with, and pay the independent contractor directly. PCH does not perform, supervise, manage, inspect, or warrant that contractor's work under this program. Contractor acceptance, pricing, scheduling, and availability vary.
Homeowners pay Peters Custom Homes, Inc. nothing for an introduction. For referral-based projects, you pay the independent contractor directly for its work.

Enhancing Your Outdoor Environment
A well-maintained and thoughtfully designed outdoor living space can significantly enhance your Charlotte home. Whether it is a place for quiet reflection, family gatherings, or entertaining guests, these areas should be both inviting and structurally sound. Projects ranging from minor repairs to new installations often benefit from the experience of qualified independent contractors.
We can review your request for an introduction to a contractor specializing in various aspects of outdoor improvements. From repairing a worn deck to installing a new pergola, independent professionals possess the skills to address specific needs, helping to ensure the durability and aesthetic appeal of your outdoor amenities. It is advisable to discuss material choices and project specifications directly with the contractor.
Navigating Your Outdoor Project
When undertaking an outdoor living project, it is prudent to consider various factors. Depending on the nature and scope of the work, local regulations, permits, or homeowner association guidelines may apply. A qualified contractor can often provide guidance on these aspects, but the homeowner and contractor are responsible for confirming all applicable requirements with the relevant authorities.
Peters Custom Homes is dedicated to assisting homeowners by making introductions to independent contractors. We encourage open communication between the homeowner and the selected contractor to clarify all project details, schedules, and expectations. Your chosen contractor will discuss the specifics of your project, including potential solutions and estimated timelines.

About this introduction program
The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.
PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.
A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
