HVAC & Insulation Contractor Introductions in Charlotte
Maintaining a comfortable indoor environment and optimizing energy efficiency are key aspects of home ownership. From ensuring your heating and cooling systems operate effectively to enhancing your home's thermal performance, reliable contractors can provide valuable services. Peters Custom Homes understands the importance of these improvements for homes in the Charlotte area.
Our program assists homeowners by providing introductions to independent contractors specializing in various HVAC and insulation services. These contractors operate independently, and homeowners engage with them directly for project discussions, estimates, and work. This approach allows you to connect with professionals who may address your specific requirements.
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides contractor introductions through this program. You select, contract with, and pay the independent contractor directly. PCH does not perform, supervise, manage, inspect, or warrant that contractor's work under this program. Contractor acceptance, pricing, scheduling, and availability vary.
Homeowners pay Peters Custom Homes, Inc. nothing for an introduction. For referral-based projects, you pay the independent contractor directly for its work.

Understanding Your HVAC & Insulation Needs
Optimal heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are fundamental to a comfortable living environment. Similarly, effective insulation is crucial for managing indoor temperatures and reducing energy consumption. A qualified contractor can evaluate your current systems and existing insulation to provide insight into potential improvements. Whether it is an aging HVAC unit requiring replacement or an area in your home where insulation might be insufficient, an independent contractor can discuss solutions tailored to your property.
Homeowners are responsible for engaging with their chosen contractor to discuss project scope, timelines, and all associated costs. It is also important for the homeowner and contractor to confirm any local permitting requirements, homeowners' association guidelines, or historic review considerations that may apply to the proposed work before beginning any project.
Connecting with Qualified Professionals
Peters Custom Homes can review your request for an introduction to independent contractors specializing in HVAC and insulation services. These contractors are experienced in working on various types of homes, including those with custom features and specific design requirements. We encourage homeowners to thoroughly vet any contractor introduced, including reviewing their credentials, references, and insurance.
Our role is limited to facilitating introductions. Peters Custom Homes does not supervise, manage, inspect, or guarantee the work performed by any independent contractor. All contractual agreements, payments, warranties, and project details are solely between the homeowner and the independent contractor they choose to hire.
How the introduction works
Every request goes to Nicholas Peters, who reviews it and shares it with the appropriate member of our staff. About this introduction program
The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.
PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.
A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
