Considering Your Project Needs
When planning projects involving windows, doors, or glass, it can be beneficial to consider the scope of work. Whether the project involves a single repair or a comprehensive replacement, a qualified independent contractor can provide insights into potential approaches. We facilitate introductions to contractors who may be able to evaluate your specific situation and discuss viable options with you.
Some projects, particularly those involving structural changes or new installations, may require permits from local authorities. A contractor you engage can offer guidance regarding local regulations and assist you in determining if your specific project necessitates such approvals. Homeowners are encouraged to confirm all requirements with the relevant authority.

About this introduction program
The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.
PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.
A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
