Home Care & Cleaning Company Introductions in Charlotte

Peters Custom Homes, Inc. assists Charlotte homeowners by introducing them to independent contractors specializing in a range of home care and cleaning services. We understand that maintaining a luxury home requires attention to detail and specialized expertise. Our program aims to help you find qualified professionals for various upkeep needs.

When you submit a request, we can review your specific needs and endeavor to provide an introduction to a contractor who may be able to address your project. The homeowner directly engages, contracts with, and compensates the introduced contractor for any services rendered. PCH does not perform, manage, or guarantee any work.

Maintaining Your Charlotte Home

A well-maintained home retains its value and offers continued comfort. Our introduction program connects homeowners with independent contractors who offer specialized home care services designed to address common maintenance needs. From routine cleaning to specific restoration tasks, we aim to facilitate connections that support the longevity and appearance of your residence.

Homeowners are encouraged to discuss their project requirements directly with any introduced contractor. It is the homeowner's responsibility to confirm the contractor's qualifications, verify any necessary licensing, and ensure that any work complies with local regulations or HOA guidelines, should they apply.

Your Process for Contractor Introductions

To request an introduction, you may submit details about the home care or cleaning service you require. We can then review your request and, if appropriate, provide an introduction to an independent contractor who may be able to assist. This process is designed to be straightforward, allowing you to connect with potential service providers efficiently.

Remember that the engagement, scope of work, and payment arrangements are established directly between you and the chosen contractor. Peters Custom Homes, Inc. acts solely as an introducer and does not participate in the contractual agreement or execution of services.

How the introduction works

Every request goes to Nicholas Peters, who reviews it and shares it with the appropriate member of our staff. For this program, please reach us only through the request form or by email at npeters@peterscustomhomes.com. If a suitable independent company may be available, we help make the initial connection. From there you and the contractor arrange the site visit, proposal, contract, schedule and payment directly. How contractor introductions work.

About this introduction program

The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.

PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.

A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
