Garage & Specialty Contractor Introductions in Charlotte
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides a service to introduce Charlotte-area homeowners to independent contractors who may be able to assist with a variety of home projects. This page focuses on services related to garages, as well as specialized installations within the home. We understand the importance of connecting with skilled professionals for these specific needs.
Our program is designed to help you identify contractors for projects that might enhance the functionality, organization, or accessibility of your home. Should you decide to proceed, you would engage directly with the contractor you choose, establishing your own agreement for their services, scope of work, and payment terms.
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides contractor introductions through this program. You select, contract with, and pay the independent contractor directly. PCH does not perform, supervise, manage, inspect, or warrant that contractor's work under this program. Contractor acceptance, pricing, scheduling, and availability vary.
Homeowners pay Peters Custom Homes, Inc. nothing for an introduction. For referral-based projects, you pay the independent contractor directly for its work.

Considering Your Project
Each project, whether it involves garage enhancements or specialty installations, requires careful consideration. A qualified contractor, after evaluating your specific needs on-site, can discuss the scope of work, material options, and potential approaches. It is prudent for homeowners to assess their requirements thoroughly before engaging a contractor.
For projects involving structural changes, electrical work, plumbing, or any installation that may require permits or inspections, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to confirm with local authorities regarding applicable regulations. Similarly, for properties within homeowners' associations or historic districts, confirming compliance with specific guidelines is essential.
Understanding the Introduction Process
Our role is solely to introduce you to independent contractors; we do not manage projects, oversee work, or provide any warranty for services rendered. The selection of a contractor and the establishment of all contractual terms, including payment, are entirely between you and the chosen professional. We encourage direct communication to ensure your expectations are clearly understood.
How the introduction works
Every request goes to Nicholas Peters, who reviews it and shares it with the appropriate member of our staff. For this program, please reach us only through the request form or by email at npeters@peterscustomhomes.com. If a suitable independent company may be available, we help make the initial connection. From there you and the contractor arrange the site visit, proposal, contract, schedule and payment directly. How contractor introductions work.

About this introduction program
The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.
PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.
A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
