Drywall & Wall Finish Introductions in Charlotte
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. (PCH) understands that the finish and integrity of your interior walls contribute significantly to the aesthetic and comfort of your Charlotte home. Our Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program assists homeowners seeking qualified independent contractors for a range of drywall and wall finishing needs.
Whether you are addressing a repair, planning an aesthetic update, or enhancing sound control, PCH can review your request for an introduction to a contractor specializing in these services. We aim to help you connect with professionals who may be able to address your specific project requirements.
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides contractor introductions through this program. You select, contract with, and pay the independent contractor directly. PCH does not perform, supervise, manage, inspect, or warrant that contractor's work under this program. Contractor acceptance, pricing, scheduling, and availability vary.
Homeowners pay Peters Custom Homes, Inc. nothing for an introduction. For referral-based projects, you pay the independent contractor directly for its work.

Understanding Your Wall Finish Project
The condition and finish of your walls and ceilings significantly influence your home's interior ambiance. Projects ranging from essential repairs to specialized decorative applications require careful consideration. A qualified contractor, introduced through PCH, may evaluate the scope of work and recommend appropriate approaches for your specific property.
For any significant alterations, a contractor may advise on the necessity of permits, or the need to consult with HOAs or historic review committees, to ensure compliance with local regulations and community guidelines. It is the homeowner's and contractor's responsibility to confirm all relevant requirements.
Connecting with Qualified Independent Contractors
Peters Custom Homes, Inc. is pleased to offer introductions to independent contractors who specialize in various drywall and wall finishing services. Our program is designed to assist homeowners in Charlotte with identifying professionals who may be well-suited to their project needs. PCH focuses solely on making introductions; the direct engagement, contracting, and payment occur exclusively between the homeowner and the independent contractor.
Please note that PCH does not perform, manage, supervise, or warrant the work of any introduced contractor. All agreements and responsibilities regarding project execution, scheduling, and outcomes are solely between the homeowner and the chosen independent contractor. A contractor may be able to provide detailed information on their processes, materials, and potential timelines for your project.
How the introduction works
Every request goes to Nicholas Peters, who reviews it and shares it with the appropriate member of our staff. For this program, please reach us only through the request form or by email at npeters@peterscustomhomes.com. If a suitable independent company may be available, we help make the initial connection. From there you and the contractor arrange the site visit, proposal, contract, schedule and payment directly. How contractor introductions work.

About this introduction program
The Home Projects & Contractor Introductions program is an introduction resource offered by Peters Custom Homes, Inc. For projects handled through this program, the homeowner independently selects and retains the service provider. Any estimate, scope of work, construction agreement, payment, change order, schedule, permit obligation, workmanship commitment, or warranty is between the homeowner and the retained provider, as applicable to their agreement and the law.
PCH's role is limited to reviewing introduction requests and facilitating initial connections. PCH does not undertake construction management, jobsite supervision, inspection, or certification of the referred work. An introduction does not guarantee a provider's availability, price, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, conduct, financial condition, or suitability for a particular project. Homeowners should independently evaluate the provider and confirm the qualifications and coverage appropriate to the proposed scope.
A contractor's work on a separate PCH project does not make PCH a party to that contractor's agreement with you. A separate direct PCH construction engagement exists only if agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this disclosure eliminates any duty or liability that applicable law places on PCH for its own conduct or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
