Take Providence Road south from Uptown to Barclay Downs Drive — roughly fifteen minutes outside of rush hour. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is about twenty-five minutes west of the office.

Most of our work is within forty minutes of the office: Myers Park, Eastover, SouthPark, Foxcroft, Ballantyne, Marvin, Weddington, Waxhaw, and the Lake Norman corridor. That proximity is what allows daily site presence rather than weekly reports.

Do you meet at my homesite instead of the office?

Yes, and we often prefer it. Walking the parcel together tells us more in an hour about siting, drainage, tree canopy, and driveway approach than any set of drawings can.

Is there a charge for the first meeting?
