The office sits in Barclay Downs, just off Barclay Downs Drive behind SouthPark Mall. Parking is on-site and free; the suite is on the first floor with step-free access from the lot.
Because we take on only eight to ten residences a year, there is no reception desk and no walk-in traffic. Every meeting is scheduled so that Nicholas Peters can give it his full attention — typically ninety minutes for a first conversation, longer if you bring plans or a homesite to review.
Coming from Uptown, take Providence Road south to Barclay Downs Drive — roughly fifteen minutes outside of rush hour. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is about twenty-five minutes west.

If you own land, we review the survey, topography, setbacks, and tree canopy. If you are still looking, we tell you plainly which parcels are worth pursuing and which will cost more to build on than they appear.
